What Will Google Come Up with Next?

If you sometimes wonder, like I do, what Google will come up with next, here’s one way to find out:

Visit their YouTube TestTube, where engineers and developers beta test new features in development. That’s where I discovered YouTube Video Editor, which I blogged about recently. Other ideas currently in test include:

• Video Annotations, which allows you to add interactive commentary to your videos, link to other videos, and more.

• Caption Tube, an interactive tool for adding captions and subtitles to your videos.

• Comment Search, which helps you discover videos by searching video comments.

That’s just a sampling, and there’s always new stuff coming along. Have a look and you may find some really helpful tools!
